INDIRECT passenger lists (with indexes) show passengers who stopped at other European or British ports before sailing for their destination. . A separate DIRECT index exists on another catalog record under the title of Index zu Hamburger Schiffslistenkarteien, 1850-1871, also known as the "Kluber Kartei" and produced by the Auswanderungsamt in Hamburg. This is superior to the direct indexes listed below.

They had nine children, 1673-ca. 1689. The family moved to Simsbury, Connecticut, in 1684. Hannah died in 1694. He married 2) Sarah Strong Bissell, a widow, ca. 1696. They had seven children, 1697-1707. Captain John Higley died at Simsbury.

His wife was Margaret at the time of his death in 1654.

1004003: Edward Kenwrick : the ancestor of the Kenricks or Kendricks of Barnstable County and Nova Scotia and his descendants Paine, Josiah. Edward Kenwrick (d. 1743) arrived in Harwich by 1704 and shortly after his arrival he married Elizabeth Snow. They had two sons, Solomon and Thomas. In 1713, he married Deborah Tucker and they had one daughter, Susan (Wing) and a son, Jonathan. Deborah died in 1746.

The compiler is a descendant of the Dutch Talman family, and there was also a German Tallman family that immigrated to Rhode Island in the colonial years. It was the confusion of genealogical data about the three families (Tolman, Talman and Tallman) that instigated this book.
